It is never too early to bring in the AV designer & consultant. So many customers wait until the building is halfway through construction to bring in the AV company. This can be aggravating to them because they find out they are going to have thousands of dollars in change orders from the contractor because the proper electrical and structural systems were not in place to support the AV systems.
